Meeting Instructions
Airports
We can offer you a transfer from Nairobi Jommo Kenyatta International Airport and transfer you to the shuttle bus pick up point or to a city hotel if need be (charged at US$ 25 per person )Please provide us with your flight details.
Nairobi - Arusha
The bus is loaded and departs near the Parkside Hotel, on Muindu Mbingu street opposite Jeevanjee gardens. Report to the bus at least 15 minutes before departure especially if you have bulky luggage.
Arusha - Moshi - Nairobi
The bus is loaded and departs from a secure compound by the Novotel. Report to the bus at least 15 minutes before departure especially if you have bulky luggage.
Moshi - Arusha - Nairobi
The bus is loaded and departs from the Clock Tower roundabout. Report to the bus at least 15 minutes before departure especially if you have bulky luggage.
Hotel Transfers in Nairobi or Arusha
We will meet you or drop you off at any hotel in Nairobi or Moshi within a 5km radius of our office. We must know in advance where you are to be picked up and you should be ready to travel at the hotel reception 30 minutes before the scheduled departure of the service (charged at US$ 25 per person ).
Hotels served include: Grand Regency Hotel, Boulevard Hotel, Fairview Hotel, Hilton Hotel, Intercontinental Hotel, Meridian Court Hotel, YWCA, New Stanley Hotel, Norfolk Hotel, Serena hotel, Landmark Hotel, casino, six eighty hotel and all other hotels within Nairobi and its environs
DAILY DEPARTURES
Morning shuttle departs at around 08:00, and arrives at around 13:00
Afternoon shuttle departs at around 14:00, and arrives at around 18:00
1. Drinks such as Soda and Mineral water is provided free of charge.
2. On board entertainment such as movies, wildlife films together with documentaries on both Kenya and Tanzania will be previewed.
3. Visa and immigration assistance will be provided.

You should get to the bus pick up point about 15 minutes before the departure time. Please provide us with your flight details as to be paged on arrival.
NB: Pick up and drop off points in Nairobi are within town hotels and at the airport (pls stay at the cafteria)
